The home has recently been remodeled outside and inside to restore and preserve its original character while ensuring that every room is in pristine condition! There are 5 large bedrooms with a bathroom and AC on each of the 3 floors.

Located on a quiet neighborhood in Superior, our home is the perfect location for all the activities the area has to offer. Visit downtown Duluth and canal park. Spend a day exploring the north shore of Lake Superior. Pattison park, home of Wisconsin’s highest waterfall is just a 15 minute drive. Check out Glensheen and Fairlawn mansions. Or just roast marshmallows over the backyard firepit. Please note that there are outdoor security cameras for the front and side doors and a noise monitor in the living room.
