- A beautiful 15,000 m² south-facing garden with mountain views, the park is gently sloping and has a path around it. It is fully fenced in. A sloping walkway leads from the park to the river at the bottom of the valley. The park is shared with the owners, who live in a separate house.
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture and deckchairs.
- A second 30 m² wooden terrace is located below the main terrace.
Domaine des Arnets extends over several hectares of land, down to the river and offering direct access to hiking trails. It is home to three houses, far enough apart to guarantee privacy. This magnificent estate is ideal for disconnecting from everyday life. Ax-les-Thermes town center, with its shops and Tuesday morning market, is just a 5-minute drive away.
Activities:
With a car, take full advantage of the many activities in the Ax-les-Thermes valley: ski resorts, hiking trails, thermal baths and much more. The Col de la Chioula cross-country ski resort is a 10-minute drive away, the Ascou ski resort 15 minutes, and the Ax-les-Thermes ski resort 20 minutes, or just 5 minutes by car + cable car from the town center.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (5 vehicles).
