Summary: Die Wohnung hatte eine gute und ruhige Lage. Super war der große Balkon und der Pool. Die Wohnung müsste renoviert werden. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände waren nicht in Ordnung und abgewohnt. Die Balkontür ging sehr schwer auf. Die Klimaanlage ist schwach und bringt nicht die gewünschte Abkühlung. Der Wohnbereich heizt sich durch die Küchengeräte sehr stark auf. Die Wellness-Dusche im Bad ist kaputt. Das Kinderzimmer ist eine Zumutung.
