Lighthouse Executive Retreat is an architecturally significant home was designed by Thatcher & Thompson and was featured in “Better Homes & Garden". Lovingly owned by the original owner, this three bedroom/three bathroom two story luxury beach house with 2000 square feet of living space features an electronically controlled gated driveway which creates a private courtyard/garden area for outdoor living.
The Spacious living / dining area features a large sectional leather sofa and wood burning fireplace. A 42” Smart TV, Cable, DVD, high speed wireless internet. Beautiful glass dining table expands to seat 10 people.The gourmet kitchen features Viking range, Jenn-Air French door refrigerator, double drawer dishwashers, microwave, electric coffee maker, all other electric appliances including Cuisinart and more.
The “Zen” bathroom downstairs features with spacious walk in shower and the den/office is outfitted with a desk and two leather recliners.
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs, and there is an additional detached bedroom off of the garage for extra sleeping capacity.

Summary: This was a great house and we had an awesome time! We stayed in December, and it was unseasonably cold. The house is heated, but the downstairs isn't separated from the upstairs so all the heat travelled upstairs - so it was chilly downstairs and boiling upstairs. Also, the sounds travels throughout the house, so there is very little privacy. There are three upstairs bedrooms with two bathrooms which is great. There is another bedroom separate from the house, but it doesn't have a bathroom, so the people in that bedroom have to walk across the driveway to reach the indoor bedroom. Not a big deal, but something worth noting. I also reached out to the property managers via text a couple of times with questions and never heard back. So if something had gone wrong, I would have been a little concerns about the lack of responsiveness. Luckily our trip went really smoothly, so it was fine! The location is great and the house worked well for 6 adults.
