Positive: Very close to U-bahn and bus station.
Negative: We stayed for 6 nights, and the room was not cleaned. The bed sheets were also not changed. The room became a bit dusty during the last few days. From an ergonomic point of view, these were the worst mugs I have ever used in my life. It was almost impossible to drink tea while holding them by the handle. Some parts of the curtains had come loose from the rail, so they could not be fully closed. There were also not enough shelves or closets to store our belongings, so we had to keep them in our suitcases.
Summary: Better suited for short stays than for long stays.
