Fully renovated 3 bedroom/2 Bath home (approx 1200 sq. ft.) in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood (NO Loud Parties or Events PLEASE!), within walking distance of downtown SLO (about 20 min). Queen beds in all bedrooms. Across the cul-de-sac street from open space with a disc golf course and a short 5 minute walk to a large, brand new, kids playground. Tennis courts are even closer! Our home has comfortable sitting areas in both the front and back yards. Laundry facilities are located inside the garage. Our home is located within the perfect central coast micro climate area, not too hot, not to cold. Wineries and wine tasting are located throughout the entire coastal area, to the north and south. The downtown life in San Luis Obispo is absolutely fantastic with numerous quality restaurants and nightlife options for any taste. The beach towns, Avila being our favorite, are about a 15 minute drive away. If you are looking for a home for LOUD music and PARTYING, this is definitely NOT the home for you. Our neighbors go to bed early and we have a strict 9pm quiet time in force. The home also has noise monitors in place (decibel level only) for ensuring compliance.
