Summary: My family and I have just returned from a stay in this beautiful villa in Praia da Luz, and we cannot fault a single thing during our stay. From the simple booking process to transparent communication with the owner and our dealings with the property manager on-site, we have had the best holiday experience! The villa is set back from the main road, but still, the town and shops/bars/restaurants are a gentle 15-minute stroll away. As agreed, Geoff met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around with a list of instructions and information. It was first-rate! The villa itself is massive! The kids loved playing in the heated pool, and there was a fabulous dining area outside where we sat and ate most nights! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and machines you could ask for. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and our room had a wonderful balcony we could sit on late into the evening in peace and quiet! The lounge area was comfortable with a big-screen TV and many international channels. During our stay, we needed to contact Geoff as one of the air conditioning units had stopped working, and within an hour, there was an engineer at the door who fixed it immediately! Excellent service, fantastic property and first-rate service. We've already booked to go again next year!
