2 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Ocean View and Entertainment
Lovely home in quiet area is the perfect vacation spot for those wanting a quick getaway or several weeks tranquility in friendly walkable neighborhood. This luxurious home has cozy kitchen, living and dining room with lots of privacy. Granite counters, gas cooking, leather couches, SMART TV with surround sound, and internet.
The house has the best of indoor and outdoor living. The main level is very private. Once you enter the front door you are welcomed into an outdoor foyer with stairs, leading to the second and third level, off to your right and straight ahead, french doors leading to the living area, dining room and Kitchen. There is also a bedroom door off this foyer. The main level bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or through an outdoor hallway off the dining area. The second level has another bedroom/Bathroom ensuite and an outdoor dining area complete with a grill and counter area. Recently we added a connecting door to the neighboring house that we own. The door will always remain locked unless both homes are rented by the same party. Going up to the third level tower is an amazing area to relax with a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the views of either the Sierra de la Giganta Mountains or the Sea of Cortez.
There are 2 Master bedrooms, one on the main level completely separate from living areas; and one on the second floor with bathtub, Juliette balcony with water views; both with comfortable king beds and closets.
Private shaded BBQ area with nice patio furniture for quiet dinners or enjoy the 360 views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Gigantes mtns from the third floor View Tower. Enjoy Sunrise to Sunset with Mountain, Golf Course and Water views in all directions. A connecting door was recently added with the neighboring house, always locked except when both units are rented by occupants.
Easy 5 minute walk to 3 pools; 9 restaurants; shops and services. Just steps from the Beach.
Details:
Each bedroom has a king sized bed with all linens provided. The rooms also have plenty of drawer and hanging space for your clothes.
Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo and conditioner, as well as soap. You will also find a few beach towels for your use. Over two week renters should be prepared to supplement and replenish supplies used.
The kitchen if fully stocked if you decide to eat in.
The living area has a TV, with a DVD player for those quiet nights at home.
The Community of Loreto Bay:
Loreto Bay includes 3 community pools one being a lap pool. Every guest also has access to the Loreto Bay Resort and Golf course. The Paseo is the main Boulevard where you can find excellent coffee cafes, gourmet restaurants, salons, spas, tour companies, car rental, a local art gallery and boutiques as well as a few local convenience store.
Take advantage of the Loreto Bay Hotel and rent a kayak or snorkel gear and get out in the Sea of Cortez. You may get lucky and spot a whale, whale shark, dolphins, seals, and the huge variety of tropical fish! Bird watching is also a favorite activity in our community. Check out the estuaries for awesome viewing.

Loreto is a quiet, safe, seaside community of about 15,000 people. Our home is in a new development a few miles south of Loreto. Loreto International Airport (LTO) is serviced by Alaska Airlines from LAX and Aereocalafia from TIJ. Loreto can also be reached by car - 6 hours north of Los Cabos or 15 hours south from San Diego.
