Summary: After a super sweet reception with a culinary surprise by Marinette and Jean Paul, we spent a very nice week in the house and in Dinard. The house is super atmospheric and if you like history an absolute must. It is a church converted into a shop and house and we had the whole house at our disposal. The beds are spacious and equipped with fine duvets. You must be able to climb stairs to reach your bed. We were allowed to use a small garden for breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and gas stove and is complete except for a colander, a few good knives and a working dishwasher. The disadvantage is that there are copper sinks that have to be dried after each use. But you get used to that quickly and dishcloths and other linen are provided. You have a lot of living space at your disposal, but you only miss some storage space for your things. That's not a big problem either. The house is within a 5-minute walk of a lovely beach, at low tide the rocks, shops, restaurants and boulevard. We were also allowed to use a beach house and private parking space, but I don't know if that is standard. In short, if you know that it is not an ultra-modern holiday home, but an attractive house with character, this is the perfect place for you. The hosts are fantastic and unfortunately I couldn't take them home with me. Thank you Marinette and Jean-Paul!
