3 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo in cultured bronzeville neighborhood. Walking distance to CTA train and bus. Close to everything. 15 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes to University of Chicago. 7 minutes to White Sox Stadium. 10 minutes from the Obama library(Coming Soon), Museum of Science and Industry, Field Museum, Soldier Field, Shedd Aquarium, Planetarium, McCormick Place, University of Illinois Chicago. 20 minutes from the Rush hospital.

The space
My condo is located on the second floor of the building. You have access to the entire condo, as well as the back patio for smoking.
Absolutely no smoking in the Condo. There is a toddler upstairs who might make some noise running around. Downstairs neighbor has two dogs. Please keep all doors and gates closed/locked at all time.

Please use security back door key (located on the kitchen counter) to unlock the back security door when you need to take the trash out. Don’t forget to put the key back on the kitchen counter.
The remote for living room ceiling fan is on the mantle. The remote controls both the light and the fan.
The universal remote in the 1st bedroom controls the TV which is connected to a DVD player, this is not a smart TV, feel free to enjoy the complimentary movies. To turn the TV on, press the power button on the remote, the DVD is set, just pop in movie and enjoy!
