Summary: Location was close to Juno Beach which was great. Initial impression of area wasn’t good since run down property across street. Initial impression of inside was ok and clean, but one wall was all scratched up and there was a rip in a bench on that wall-looked quite run down. Rug had stains. Also paint peeling in bathroom, shower backed up, one burner didn’t work on stove, refrigerator doors were a bit broken, iron had an hole in it and carport light was out. We called Vacasa on Tuesday to report issues and no one came to make repairs until Friday. Outside area in back was nice but there was loud construction going on next door so we didn’t use it very much. The repairman was very nice when he finally came, and as I said, we did like the location. Nice to have beach chairs, etc. However, the property needs some attention.
