The area surrounding the house is simply idyllic. Located between the sea and the mountains, it offers an exceptional living environment. Bordered by the ocean and the coastal path, it is one of the few places on the coast that combines proximity to the beach with enchanting walks.
What's more, despite its proximity to all the useful shops and points of interest in the region, it is rarely visited (it's part of a peninsula).
You can come by car directly in front of the house. As the hamlet is private, you will need to come to the house beforehand to collect the beeper that will allow you to open the gate at the entrance. During the summer (July-August), you will need to park your vehicle in the car park just outside the entrance to the residence. During the rest of the year, you can park in front of the house without any problem.
There is a bus station right in front of the house. Line 3 operates in summer (30 June-31 August) and lines 2 and 1 all year round. The bus stop is Lafiténia.
