3 Bedroom House with Pool, View and Ocean View
The house is 145 m2 and has 3 available bedrooms. It has a large 50 m2 living/dining room area with a table that can seat 6 people. You can access both the north and south facing patios (great for dinner in the evening !) via the kitchen area. The pool is a "salt pool" (7 times less salty than the ocean) and its water is more gentle on your skin, eyes and hair than a pool treated with chemicals. The pool has a sensor alarm with no fence or hard cover.
The house is situated at the end of a small private path. It sits on a 1600 m2 piece of land which is plenty of space for kids to run around. There is also shade from old native holm oaks and other Mediterranean trees. The house is in the outskirts of the village on a hillside bordering a local forest. The chicken are confined in one area of the property. We ask that the renters give food and water to the chickens everyday. The reward is fresh eggs ! Our friend and neighbor Mai is managing our house for us and she can also help out with the chickens if renters cannot.
It's is our family home. We are going to visit friends and family while the house is rented during that period. We will be available by phone.
