Diese große Reihenendhaus (Neubau) mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern wurde unlängst im großen Stil eingerichtet und erwartet dich mit einem frischen & modernen Design.
Die Lage ist sehr gut:
Der Europapark in Rust ist mit 35 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar und auch die Städte Strassburg und Offenburg laden zu einem Stadtbummel ein.
Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wald, ein Barfusspfad befindet sich in 100 m Entfernung.
Direkt vor dem Haus plätschert ein Bach.
Beginne deinen Tag mit einem NESPRESSO-Kaffee und all die schönen Annehmlichkeiten dieses Ferienhauses.

Im großen Eingangsbereich kannst du Kinderwägen oder Fahrräder problemlos unterbringen.
Das erste Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein bequeme 1,8m Boxspringbett mit Hn8 Qualitätsmatratze und auch ein Schreibtisch auf dem Du bequem dein Laptop aufklappen kannst.
Das erste Bad mit Dusche, WC und Pissoir befindet sich direkt daneben.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem 1,8m Boxspringbett mit Hn8 Qualitätsmatratze, Schreibtisch und einem 43" smart TV.
Das zweite Bad mit Dusche, WC und Pissoir befindet sich direkt daneben.
In der voll ausgestatteten großen Wohn-Ess-Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und findest du alles was du brauchst.
Von hier aus hast Du direkten Zugang auf deine große Terrasse.
Genießt euren Fernsehabend direkt von der großen Couch auf dem 50" smart TV.
Im Abstellraum steht dir eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich das vierte und fünfte Schlafzimmer.
Im vierten Zimmer befindet sich neben einem 1,8m Boxspringbett noch ein 90cm Boixspringbett.
Das fünften Zimmer bietet neben dem 1,8m Boxspringbett noch eine Schlafcouch mit 1,5m Liegefläche noch Platz für weitere Gäste.
Auf dem 43" Smart TV kannst Du ganz in Ruhe deine Lieblingsserie schauen.
Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich auch das dritte Bad mit Dusche, WC und Pissoir. Natürlich stellen wir frische Handtücher und alle wichtigen Dinge wie Duschgel & Shampoo zur Verfügung.
Vom Flur aus hast du Zugang auf die Dachterrasse, die zum Sonnenbaden einlädt.
Vor dem Gebäude stehen Ihnen drei Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung.
