Summary: The sun rises are amazing here! The house is all one level. We never used the guest house. Note that the only clothes washer and dryer is in the guest house bathroom, not in the main house. This didn’t bother us because we didn’t have anyone staying in the guest house. You are given one roll of toilet paper and one plastic trash bag per bathroom for your entire stay. This seems weird since it’s a pretty expensive rental. Communication with the management was slow (hours later if at all). And in fact my husband called the office a week before with a question and never got a call back. The refrigerator water filter was overdue by two weeks (digital notification from the frig.), the dining room fan didn’t work, and the outdoor refrigerator wasn’t turned on or was broken (we didn’t try). But overall, this is a great location. The pool is awesome. The dock is fun for fishing with the kids.
