Welcome to Villa Casa Del Sol, our continuously updated 3 bedroom 2 bath oasis. Finished in contemporary design and furnishings with an island flair, this house is a hidden gem. Located at the end of a canal in a quiet neighborhood setting, the views from both inside and outside are captivating. The south facing lanai provides for beautiful sunrises and even better sunsets. Allow the warmth and breezes of Southwest Florida inside by opening the large sliders and combining the indoor great room with the lanai. Enjoy your own prepared meals in the gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or a gourmet dinner. After a day of golfing or shopping or taking a 40 minute drive to world renowned gulf coast Florida beaches, you will be able to unwind in the great room with the 55' flat screen tv or relax in the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet as well as sliding doors to the lanai. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, flat screen tv with a breathtaking view of the canal and sliding doors to the lanai. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds. The outside of the house is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. My name is Shelly and my mom and dad own the house. They vacation there December through April every year and I can tell you that the garage and driveway are powerwashed as well as the lanai, the bbq has been replaced since 2014. The bed in the second master has been replaced. However you plan to spend your vacation, you will be more than content in this beautiful house.
