The private 4x8 m heated infinity pool (open May–Sept), set on a sunny lower terrace, is equipped with sunbeds, gazebo, and a salt-based purification system. The main villa spans two levels and features elegant interiors blending Tuscan tradition with modern touches. The ground floor includes a cozy living room with fireplace and wine cellar, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. Upstairs offers two double bedrooms, a twin room (convertible), and two bathrooms. The annex by the pool includes a living area with sofa bed, a dining space, a full kitchen, and bathroom.
