Home is situated on the top of Bishop's Rise which is a private dead end road. The home captures ocean breezes from every direction, views of the moors and privacy galore. On the third floor patio and living room, the home offers distant views of the Nantucket sound which are very calming. The pool patio and upper deck capture spectacular sunsets and stars so bright you can reach up and grab them. In addition, the pool lights illuminate in the evening and add to the quiet ambiance of the Nantucket landscape. Property is just a short walk to Dionis Beach and 10 minute drive to downtown. Also, the home is a 15 minute drive to Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, Cisco Beach (offering surf lessons) and Miacomet public golf course.
New owner in 2014 has renovated the property with bright beach colors, furniture, and nautical accessories throughout. Owners have also added 4 high end wall mounted flat screen TVs (sized 45-60'), infinity cable, secure wifi, high end bedding, new pillows, towels, and kitchen accessories. The sunroom/cabana room off the pool is fully equipped for outdoor entertaining; separate refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, 45' inch flatscreen, blue ray DVD, plastic dish and flatware and plastic wine glasses for your ultimate back yard BBQ. Home includes state of the art SABER gas grill and Kamado Joe Ceramic Charcoal Grill/Smoker.
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms: the second master bedroom with king size bed, huge flat screen TV and en suite and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds and shared full bath (twin beds can be put together if renters prefer king size beds.) In addition, the first floor has a sunroom/cabana room with access to the pool and views of the moors. First floor also offers a huge laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. In addition, the first floor offers access to the large outdoor shower.
Second floor consists of a bright and spacious living room with state of the art 60' flatscreen with premium cable and wifi. Views of Nantucket engulf you as you recline on the white slipcovered sofa and chairs.
Third floor consists of wide open floor plan that includes: kitchen nook, kitchen with island and 4 barstools, living room/dining room with windows galore and wood burning fireplace. Both living rooms on second and third floor have great room angled ceilings with white beams and ceiling fans. There is also a half bath off the living room/kitchen area. The third floor offers access to upper deck with outdoor sectional sofa, and ample outdoor chairs and tables for enjoying the views of the Nantucket sound and the moors throughout the day. The third floor also offers access to the master bathroom with en suite. The master bedroom also has flat screen mounted TV.
Home can easily accommodate 2 families vacationing together due to the fact the 2 masters have king size beds, huge flat screen TVs, and private en suites.
