Situated in the upscale River Strand gated resort style community, the golf & club membership is available for bookings of a month or longer, for an additional fee. Club membership provides access to the 27 hole Arthur Hill designed course as well as the sensational 23,000sq.ft. club house that is home to a state of the art gym, restaurant, tennis courts, pool area and more. The community is conveniently located within a short drive to a range of top notch beaches as well as a large selection of restaurants and shops. Ellenton Outlet Mall, for the shopping enthusiasts, is a 7 minute drive away with over 120 stores!
The home itself features a great room, newly furnished with comfortable and stylish leather sofas and an entertainment center equipped with a large flat screen Hi Def television, DVD player and over 50 cable channels. There is also an alternate living area, within the great room, with a pull out sofa and an oversized chair, providing a great view of the pool and the lake. The dining area has a casual pub style bar table with 8 tall chairs along with breakfast bar & 4 additional stools. The open concept floor plan features an expansive bank of sliding doors giving access to the pool area and great views beyond.
The Master Bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king size bed and coordinated furniture, a flat screen TV and access to the pool area through a private entrance. There is a walk in closet with the en-suite beyond that features separate his & hers vanities, large corner tub, walk in shower and private W.C.
The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with matching furniture and is decorated in calming, tropical motif. Our guests are provided with a flat screen TV.
The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and matching furniture decorated in a nautical theme.
All bedrooms as well as the great room are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.
The kitchen is superb, offering all modern stainless steel appliances including side by side fridge, glass top range etc. 42' color coordinated cabinetry with granite counter tops.
