This newly renovated villa boasts the perfect balance between contemporary styling, modern conveniences, and Costa Rican tropical living. Immerse yourself in our lush surroundings with oversized windows in every room, tasteful use of local wood, and calming greenery all around. Inside the villa you will find four spacious sound-separated bedrooms with vaulted ceilings: two with a luxurious king bed, and two with a North American size queen bed, plus a sofa bed (in the largest bedroom) suitable for smaller person, a portable single cot (with a second cot available upon request), as well as a portable playpen / playard (similar to a Pack 'n Play). There are no residences in front or on one side, which means that you can enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding nature and the ultimate privacy. Further, the villa is the only house facing the cul-de-sac on which it sits, which allows children to play safely. * expanded beautifully lit pool deck surrounding an inviting kidney-shaped pool with a rancho at the back. Feel free to lounge in one of the hammocks in the rancho where you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean and take in the scent of ylang ylang every evening.

BEDROOMS
* The villa boasts 4 great size bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, dimmable lights, bedside tables and lamps, concrete walls, and its own wall-mounted smart TV (3 of which have a Roku as well)
Bedroom 1: master bedroom #1 has a King-sized teak canopy bed, a 3-piece ensuite washroom, and a private lounge with a sofa-bed and workspace overlooking the mountains
Bedroom 2: master bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed, huge sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool deck and rancho, and a sun-filled 3-piece ensuite washroom with a tiled shower bench
Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, 3-piece ensuite washroom, walk-in closet, and unobstructed views of the beautifully treed field and mountains
Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed with a large sliding glass door leading to a private tiled patio. Once the ladder and railing are installed, there will be access to a small loft area above, with space for a small bed. The spacious 3-piece principal bathroom is next door to this bedroom
Each bedroom has sufficient space for one or more cots and/or the playpen.
Our golf cart is available for additional rent.

1) Staying at Ramona’s place felt like staying in a hotel/home hybrid. Her and Suzanne’s (the property manager) client service is above par. The home is equipped with everything one might need, we didn’t need to get anything extra. It’s a beautifully decorated house, with extremely comfortable beds and sofas. Everything was really clean and looked brand new. We went with some kids and she was kind enough to leave some pool toys and snacks for them (and us!) to welcome us, we didn’t even need to use our own toys. It’s one of the few houses I’ve stayed in before where there are spices to use in the kitchen as well as all the necessary equipment for cooking, everything was labeled for ease of storage and finding. I fully recommend this place.
2) Both the house, the environment, and the treatment and service from Ramona, we were very pleasantly surprised, beyond our expectations. We were a small family and two couples; the arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it very easy for us all to be intimate; they are spacious, super clean and super comfortable; all of them bright and very cozy; the beds very comfortable and the showers with good water pressure; practically the use of the air conditioners was not necessary, since it was not very hot and with the ceiling fans/fans, it was more than enough. I want to highlight the spaciousness and great equipment of the kitchen, where we spend a long time cooking and sharing all. The pool area, along with the hammock area, and the integrated tables and sofas also made it very easy for us to stay. Communication with Ramona and her husband Mitch was excellent and super fluid (although there was nothing to claim as everything was spotless and 100% up and running.
3) Simply AWESOME! Our stay was an absolute delight, marking a perfect start to our family vacation. Nestled in a serene gated community, the house offered both privacy and easy access to the beach, just a mere 100 meters away, ensuring safe and enjoyable experience for our family of five. The house itself is a luxurious haven, specifically tailored for groups or large families. Its rare configuration of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (& TV in each room), provided ample space and privacy for all of us. The spacious design, both indoor and outdoors, was ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. This property is great for any group configuration, thanks to the inviting pool and nearby beach. The huge, modem kitchen, well equipped with plentiful seating, made meal preparation and dining a breeze. We were particularly impressed by the host’s attentiveness and responsiveness, making us feel incredibly safe and well-cared-for throughout our stay.
