We have everything you will need/want to make your stay enjoyable! Large oceanfront balcony and north end side balcony with river views are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or gazing at the stars at night! You will want to spend the entire day/night out on the balcony with the beautiful views of the beach! Everything is high-end from the furniture to the decor to the sheets you will sleep on each night! If you love to cook, this is also the place for you! Enjoy the beautiful view of the beach as you prepare your meals in an amazing kitchen! Looking for a place to work from "home/the beach?" We've got you covered! Indoor garage spot included as well.
We are a monthly + only rental. Most of the units are owned/not rented, making this a very peaceful location! This unit is only rented a few times a year. Very different from the weekly rental buildings!
