North Lodge is a beautiful country style property in the CENTRE of Brighton city (BN1), set on 1/2 acre of private grounds this secluded property has 2 double bedrooms with sumptuous furnishings and a twin room as well as a double sofa bed should you need more. The bathroom has a beautiful original Victorian roll top bath to soak away the day with traverteine floors. As you go down the original wrought iron spiral staircase to the ground floor, you have wooden floors in the kitchen with an aga cooker and granite work surfaces, the dining room has beams and a slate floor with a large country dining table for entertaining with French doors opening out into the garden.The lounge has a wood burner fireplace and full cable to while away your evenings. It is a 10 minute walk to the main shopping and entertainment area and 15 minutes to the beach. There is an 18th century tavern just 2 minutes walk should you wish to stay locally. Good transport links allow you to explore the local area. Also I am having the map altered because North Lodge is depicted in the wrong location, it is on the junction of Highcroft and Millers road, up from where it is shown, and you cannot hear the trains at all. very private and secluded.
