This idyllic holiday villa with thatched roof and sunny garden has a special charm! Not far from the beach (900 m) and within walking distance of the center of Callantsoog lies the villa on a small lake with its own wooden jetty and overlooking the water and reeds. There is room for six people and you will find the peace to relax. The nature-friendly garden with a beautiful lawn and shady trees offers space for playing and relaxing; there are old rose hedges around the building.
On the spacious, lightly flooded ground floor, next to the entrance with wardrobe, guest toilet and separate storage room, there is a large living and dining room and a generously equipped open kitchen.
The highlight of the kitchen is the new stove, which leaves nothing to be desired with five induction hobs and a lot of pots, pans and utensils for your own cooking creations. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave and all types of kitchen equipment (two variants of coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, etc.)
Makkumer tiles and the tiled floor with underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom ensure a comfortable living atmosphere.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with two sleeping options. There is a large bathroom with shower and shower stool, bathtub, toilet, a sink with plenty of storage space and a hairdryer, toothbrush cup, small first aid set. From the bathrooms and bedrooms you have a beautiful view of the water, especially at sunrise so every day is a new experience.
The interior is characterized by love for details. We as owners try to arrange the house in such a way that we feel at home there all year.
In the storage room is a combination washer-dryer, a drying rack, ironing board and iron, a bistro table with two chairs for a glass of wine in the summer on the terrace.
The holiday villa borders on a nature reserve with a unique nature and bird life. It is within walking distance and is ideal for exploring by bike or taking a walk. A dream for nature lovers, orchid friends and ornithologists!
The holiday park itself is located on a small lake with an island and is only accessible to guests and residents. In the middle of the island is a playground where children can climb on a pirate ship or play football, basketball or table tennis. There is also the possibility to play pétanque.
