Overlooking Otisco Lake, our newly renovated Lake House sits on a beautiful wooded 1.5 acres. This modern property features private lake frontage w/ dock access for guests, a heated in-ground pool, & stunning indoor/outdoor living spaces. Be sure to test your skills at over 17,000 arcade games too!

Our property boasts stunning views of the lake, and as our guest, you'll have access to our private dock for all your water-based activities. Whether you're looking to take your own boat out for a spin, rent a boat from the marina down the road, or cast a line and enjoy some fishing, our dock is the perfect starting point for all your aquatic adventures.
Other amenities include the heated pool (NO HEATER FEE) , fire pit, and arcade with over 17,000 games. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has room for 6 guests. It is perfect for multiple families and has been renovated to offer guests a 5 star experience.
Both the master bedroom and one guest bedroom feature king size beds while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. A sleeper sofa is provided in the basement for 1 additional guest and a full size air mattress is also available should it be needed. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 guests.
While exploring the rooms upstairs, be sure to enjoy the arcade area that comes with over 17,000 arcade games! Embrace all 2400 square feet this beautiful lake home provides!
Other details to note:
Enter through the front door which leads into the basement. There are standard stairs from the basement to the main level area and a winding/narrow spiral staircase from main floor to top floor. OR use the exterior stairs. SMART THERMOSTAT LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT ON THE WALL BY THE COUCH .
Please note that this home is on a well and can temporarily run out of water in cases of excessive use. The water usually returns after 1-3 hours and water usage should be considered to prevent this. This DOES NOT happen frequently nor with every reservation but we do want to let guests know of the possibility.
** 24/7 video monitoring at the front door (ring doorbell), exterior camera over the pool and another one located in the backyard
**Our pool is serviced each Monday from 3-5pm during summer months
**PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- Dogs only, up to 2
-Please properly discard all Pet waste using bags provided in supply cabinet
-Please crate the dog/s when they are unattended.
-No Pets in the swimming pool

Summary: This property was just beautiful! Set up on a hill overlooking Otisco Lake, made it very peaceful and relaxing. The area is quiet and quaint. The cottage itself was large enough for everyone to spread out if needed and do their own thing. The kitchen is quite spacious, and well stocked, allowing for many of us to work together preparing meals.The covered patio on the second floor was a favorite for morning coffee and the beautiful inground pool with a gazebo nearby was the gathering place for the afternoons. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and there was plenty of space to set up our corn-hole boards and spike ball. There is a marina and a convenient, little grocery store within a short walk and we rented a boat for the afternoon and were thrilled with that! We had a few questions along the way, and the host was very responsive. The property manager lives nearby and was very helpful and friendly. It was the perfect getaway for our family!
