Relax and gather with family and friends in our luxurious, newly built, ocean view home in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. This luxurious 3 1/2 story, 2,700 sq. ft. home has an elevator, salt water heated pool, and rooftop deck offering amazing ocean views.
Five covered decks and patios add an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of space to take in the cool ocean breezes. Located on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd on a quiet residential street, just steps to the beach (450 feet), Easy beach access as we are BEACHSIDE , SAFE WITH NO BUSY STREETS TO CROSS TO REACH THE BEACH. The house has 3 full bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, plus an additional poolside room with queen sofa sleeper, and a 'tower room' with full sofa sleeper.
All bedrooms have new 50" flat-screen Smart TVs. Super fast high speed wireless internet throughout. Ping pong and Foosball table were recently added in the garage for more fun times.
Upon entering the front door, you'll know your vacation has begun! The first-floor poolside room is a furnished with a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, granite bar, washer/dryer, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. This multi-purpose room is a favorite for many couples, as there is easy access to the pool and outdoor eating areas, just outside the French doors.
Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which is the main sleeping level. The master bedroom features an ultra-comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and walk in shower. French doors open out to a spacious, private balcony overlooking the salt-water pool. The second bedroom features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has a extra-long twin bed, full size bed, and a twin pullout trundle. Both bedrooms have French doors opening to a large covered balcony. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway, with tub/shower combo.
The third floor features a cathedral ceiling, large open kitchen with granite countertops and an island with gas cooktop and seating for seven opened to the huge great room. The family/great room features a coastal decor with large, comfortable sofas and a 75" flat-screen Samsung Smart TV, and glimpses of the ocean through the many windows and from the large attached balcony. Just off to the family room is the ocean view tower room, which is a quiet nook with a full sofa sleeper. The kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and is stocked with a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. Don’t worry coffee drinkers, there is a Keurig and drip coffee maker as well. Just off the kitchen is another large ocean view balcony which is perfect for outdoor dining.
Want even better ocean views - take the spiral staircase to our rooftop deck for spectacular panoramic ocean views. It's the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning at watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. The tastefully-landscaped backyard surrounds the salt water pool and covered lanai. A perfect spot to hangout when you're not at the beach and want to still be outside by the water.
Getting to the beach is a breeze. Its only 150 yards from the house to the sand, all on a quiet residential street - no roads or traffic to deal with! Pool and beach towels are provided, along with folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for easy transport to and from the beach.
Visiting during Christmas time? We decorate the property with lights and a beautiful, tropical themed Christmas tree in the Great Room!
The house is also very close to numerous top-rated restaurants, and only 5 miles to the shops and museums in historic downtown St. Augustine.
If you would like the pool heated throughout your stay, please let us know in advance so we can get it nice and warm for you prior to arrival. The cost is $15 per day.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Note that the base rate is for up to 8 people. For guests 9 and 10, there is an additional charge of $45 per guest per night, with a total overnight maximum occupancy of 10 people.
Check in details: Guests pick up the keys and sign the check in paperwork at our sister property, one block away. Then, the owners, which live very close by, will come by the house and provide you with a quick tour.
Electric cars, e-bikes, e-scooters, and items with similar batteries are not permitted to be plugged in at the property. Batteries for e-bikes and skateboards are not allowed to be inside the home or garage due to insurance regulations.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance being automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. Our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Inside 60 days, the reservation is non-refundable. There is a separate $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is charged 3 days prior to arrival, and refunded 3 days after departure (as long as there was no damage or excessive cleaning required).

HOUSE RULES
Minimum age of primary renter: 30. No smoking or vaping of any substance. Prior to check out, wash the dishes, start the towels, take out the garbage, and leave the home clean.
Check in time is from 4 - 10 pm offsite. Any time later must be agreed upon prior to booking. Owners live nearby and will give a brief tour of the home upon arrival. The primary renter must be present and check in before any other persons in the group will be let into the home.
Maximum of 12 persons and 4 vehicles allowed at the property. No parties, events, or gatherings (including bachelor and bachelorette get-togethers)

There is not a grill at the property, but you are welcome to bring a gas grill to use outside. We do not allow charcoal grills. We also recommend Barney’s Beach Service who rents propane grills. They would deliver it to the property prior to your arrival and collect it on the day of check out.
