Newly built, Park City Almost Heaven is a lovely townhome located in the popular Hideout community and overlooks the Jordanelle Reservoir. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area, and you'll be about 15 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski resorts.
The views are “almost heavenly” from this three-level, 1,890 square foot property featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub located on the back patio.
You can enter the home through either the front door or garage entrance, with both putting you into the first level hallway with a bench, coat hooks and gear storage. Up a flight of stairs then puts you into the main level great room, which is open and bright and holds the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Living room: Enjoy comfortable mountain contemporary furnishing in front of a cozy gas fireplace and a 65” Smart TV with gorgeous views. During the warmer months, step through the double slider doors to the deck to take in the fresh mountain breezes and surrounding lake and mountain views.
Kitchen: This chef's kitchen is fully equipped offering stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range and a LG refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. The spacious counters make meal prep and entertaining a breeze and enjoy the center island bar seating for four—perfect for snacks and conversation.
Dining area: Features a lovely table with comfortable cushion seating for six and access to the back patio.
