Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un lit 2 place (double, queen ou king), dans une des chambres vous pouvez demander à changer en 2 lits simple. Chaque chambre a son ventilateur pour l'été. A l'étage, un salon avec une partie cinéma (espace canapé détente avec un vidéo projecteur) et un espace jeux (jeu de société, baby-foot, livres...). En bas, une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine neuve, ainsi qu'un bar et une buanderie. La maison est équipée d'une grande piscine et d'un jardin, ainsi que d'une terrasse mi-couverte.
Lotissement calme, à 5min à pied du plein centre ville de Villeneuve les Beziers, à coté de tout grand commerce type carrefour, à 10 min en voiture et 20min en vélo de la plage (Valras-Plage, Sérignan-plage ou autres plages) et à moins de 10min de voiture du centre de Beziers.

Autres remarques Le lotissement est habité par des familles et personnes âgées très gentilles avec qui nous avons de bonnes relations, merci de ne pas organiser de fête et de diminuer le bruit à partir de 22h.
