This 1 bedroom plus loft condo is an outdoorsman's delight. Animal heads are skins decorate some of the walls bringing the outdoors in. Comfortable and homey make this condo your vacation rental in Mammoth.
Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, a flat screen TV. The loft is semi private and over looks the living room downstairs. The bed arrangements in the loft are: bunk bed twin on top full on the bottom along with another twin daybed and trundle.
Location: Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and is one of a very few complexes in the town that hosts a ski back trail that is groomed and maintained by the Mountain. Also, mountain bikers will find easy access to Uptown and Downtown. MSRC is a great location!
Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials. For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace and enjoy free WiFi.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! Unit 42 is close to the office and amenities.
You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.
