Occupancy: Our home is for registered guests only. Please register each guest before your stay. Parties and unapproved visitors are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Smoking: This is a strict no-smoking property (including vaping and e-cigarettes) both indoors and outdoors, as we are in a high brush fire zone. Sensitive smoke detectors are in place, and a $500 fee will be charged if an alarm is triggered due to a violation of this rule.
Check-In/Out:
o Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Please contact us for approval if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.
o Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Pets: We are delighted to welcome your furry friends! A fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
Lost & Found: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is found, we can ship it back to you for the cost of shipping plus a $50 service fee.
