Positive: We just finished a week at this wonderful hotel, and honestly it was everything we hoped for and more. The place is intimate, cozy, and spotless, with a perfect location surrounded by quiet and beautiful scenery. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Every single person was professional, kind, and genuinely warm. After just a few days, the breakfast team already knew exactly what each of us liked to drink those small details make all the difference. They were always smiling and happy to help with any request. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was great, and the sauna was clean and well equipped with robes there’s really nothing like a good sauna after a long day of skiing. The hotel is about a 7 minute drive from Madonna, and honestly, we realized it’s much nicer to stay here and use the shuttle into town (with Felix, the lovely driver) than to be in the middle of all the noise. It’s rare to find a place that truly checks every box: beauty, cleanliness, quality, and outstanding service. We already know we’ll be back here next year.
