Positive: The garden is amazing for my dogs, the closeness to the town and park , plenty room for parking , quiet at night except the clock chimes every 15 minutes, but get used to them , I asked before I went to get garden loungers , and they were there
Negative: As soon as we walked into the property there was a musty smell, my eyes started to itch,( was ok last year ) we cleaned everywhere with flash and washed the kitchen rug ( should really have been binned ). To be honest this property is tired , it needs a full freshen up , painted , new beds and replace the bed covers and the empty airwick fresheners that were the same ones from last year, was also left as a welcome pack out of date biscuits and a pint of sour milk , last year it was dishwasher tablets and more , I cleaned the shower head as it was black with never been cleaned or bleached ( E- Coli waiting to happen ) towels poor , one had bleach stains on it , walls cracked, conservatory letting in rain ( I informed the owner ) I will definitely not be back to this property as it’s went downhill in a year .
