Welcome to Midgarth in Leadville, CO. This newly built home is one of the first houses to break ground in the new Railyard Development and is one of the finest houses in town. This two-story home has three spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for hosting with a fluid floor plan of living room, dining, and kitchen. A side access door shows you into the mudroom where you can store your snow gear after a day of riding.
This property is conveniently located in the new Railyard Development that is within walking distance of Leadville Main Street where the life of Leadville resides. Walk along these historic Sidewalks into the many restaurants, bars, local gift shops, and museums. Note, the Railyard Development is still in parts of the construction phase.
