Summary:
This charming 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom can comfortable sleep 17 people. It was built in 1888 and has been beautifully renovated to include all the modern amenities. It is located 3 miles from downtown and less than a mile from the University of Cincinnati making this the perfect location for getting around! Free Wifi and pet friendly with a fee.
The Space:
Guest will enter through the front door using a digital door code. Once inside, you will finding the living room to your right with comfortable seating on a full-size sofa bed and a large television. To your left, you will find the beautifully updated kitchen and spacious dining room. It is the perfect space to gather and enjoy a meal! You will find a full and a half bathroom on the main floor. As you head up the stairs, there is a spacious laundry room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the 3rd floor there are two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a desk perfect for working remote!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is located in the Corryville neighborhood. It's about a 10 minute walk to Short Vine Street where you will find restaurants and shops.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
There is only street parking available. If you park in the parking lot nearby, you will be towed.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
