Positive: The place was exactly what we were looking for, quiet but still conveniently located to Durham. Host communication was excellent prior to arriving and helping with locating the place - even putting extra effort in for my partner's birthday. The hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. The stocked basket for tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. Beds comfortable and place was clean.
Negative: Our only nitpic would be that the hot tub didn't have any lighting when other hot tubs on the property had fairy lights around them. This meant we relied upon our phone torches during our night time dips in the tub which certainly wasn't as much of vibe compared to the nicely lit one.
Summary: Lovely short stay in a quiet and clean place with a relaxing hot tub
