THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• The leasing office is closed on major holidays, check-ins cannot be completed.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Concierge hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 2:00PM - 6:00PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM Sunday: 11am-5pm. Check-in is not available outside of these hours.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Street parking is difficult to find.
• This unit doesn't allow any pets.
