Whether you just want to relax on your plush king-sized bed, read a book on your private balcony, take a nap on the 7.5 ft. couch, or get some work done at your personal office space, this townhome has everything you need to enjoy your visit!
The guest suite comfortably sleeps eight people with one king bed, two queen-sized beds, and one fold-out queen mattress as well. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor where we have two full, sparkling clean washrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! There’s also a half-bath on the first floor as well.
Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area!
Located in one of Orlando’s best-known neighborhoods, College Park, this area has everything you could possibly imagine for amenities and then some! Inside the shopping district (5 minutes from our home), you’ll find restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, gyms, and grocery stores (Publix!), just to name a few.

- Less than 10 minutes away from the Amway Center where several sporting events, concerts, etc. happen frequently
- 20 minutes away from Orlando’s Premium Outlets!
- Only 34 minutes away from Disney and all the theme parks

- Free parking in your own driveway, as well as street parking, is available for any sized car
Whether you are renting a car during your stay, need access to public transit, or want to call an Uber, Orlando has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go!

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $150 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared.
