Summary: The building wasn’t super easy to locate, I would suggest a picture of the front to help with finding the location. The apartment is on the second level, which is nice since you can look down to see where the car is parked. However parking is NOT free and directions were very vague on the listing. We only paid for parking spot 1 day and kept the receipt on dashboard for the entire week and didn’t get a ticket. We also had trouble checking in as the keypad pin didn’t work, the owner called us back within a few minutes and got everything figured out in a timely manner.The area itself seemed unsafe at first, but we were able to walk to cleaner sidewalks and a seemingly safer area only about 2 blocks away at the city park- would definitely recommend not walking alone in certain areas.I didn’t smell anything unusual within the apartment like the other comments, but the stairways and foyers did have a smoke smell- not a dealbreaker. The place could definitely be stocked a little better as far as extra trash bags, a few more cookware dishes and most definitely towels. The space was a great size for our group of 4.
