• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Holly Ave, Imperial Beach, CA 91932" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
• Can I host events? Yes, gatherings with low noise are allowed. Update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.
• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.
