Summary: The property was lovely. Well equipped and spotless. The communications was terrible. the check in wasn't at the building but in another place completely - none of this was communicated. I specifically booked this hotel because the website said it was pet friendly. When we finally found the place where we had to pick up the keys they said that pets were not allowed. It was late, and the eve of a bank holiday, we had no where else to go. they did offer a refund but that would not have been much help. In the end they let us stay - not surprising really as not our fault. I ask that their entry be amended immediately.
