Positive: The Appartment is spacious, clean, nice views, and close to the lifts (you only have to go down to the garage get your board, 5m away get the fornicular, and then cross the street and you are in the ski slopes). The atención and response of the managing company was good, also helpful with interest points like bakery’s and restaurants.
Negative: There was missing a book in the apartment with the basic instructions from the Appartment like: -diferent exit ways, -where and how to throw the trash -how the tv, heating, and other things work. -plan of how to access the spa, rules and opening times, and prices for booking extras. -small plan of the town with basic stores and restaurants -rules of the Appartment A flat smart tv would be nice to have if you go with children, so you can easily put basic chanels. In the kitchen there is missing some storage place to leave groceries, all the storage place is already used. A small coffee table is missing in the living area. What I wasn’t expecting is that one day before departure they send you an email that by departure you should leave the apartment clean and furniture back in place (that is normal), and then they ask you to take all the sheets and towels out of the beads and put them together, and if you don’t do it the will charge an extra of minimum 50€, not really understandable after you already pay for service of blankets and cleaning.
