Lovely house with private garden and pool situated in a quiet residential area only 6km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystalline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 8 people. External space of 500m2 with private pool (7 x 3,5m), built in barbecue and sheltered terrace where you will be able to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals next to the pool, while enjoying mountain views. Parking for 1 car. There is also a pétanque area and a swing. The 120m2 internal space consists of a dining room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (135 x 190cm beds) with direct access to terrace, 1 double bedroom (150 x 190cm bed), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Summary: The property was clean and well appointed and was perfectly placed in terms of it being reasonably quiet and relaxing but near enough for a swift visit to Blanes and the sea. The main problem was finding the main office in Lloret de Mar to pick up the keys and then finding somewhere to park near it to allow the booking process to be completed. The outside area was particularly comfortable with lovely views of the adjoining hills. We had a very nice time.
