Located a short 1.7 miles to Holiday Valley and 2.4 miles from the heart of Ellicottville. Hiking and mountain biking trails right across the street. Fire pit for relaxing in the evening. Gas fireplace, full kitchen, laundry, smart TV's and whirlpool tub.
