Guests receive a minimum of 4 sets of bed linen and dozens of towels so that they can change during their stay. Shampoo, soap, liquid soap, facial tissue and, toilet paper. Two bottles 350 ml of 100% coconut water and 1.5 L water in the fridge, tea bags, cooking oil.
Please note that I am offering flexible check-in and check-out times and you should have in mind that I will make a compromise with my guests in the case of match up late and early departures and arrivals.

The neighborhood is full of restaurants with the cuisine of various nationalities, and of course massage parlors, famous nightlife, and bars.
You need an hour and a half to reach from Bangkok airport.
I can arrange a taxi for you from the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to my place for a price of 1000baht with new Toyota Corolla Altis (the regular price at the airport station is 1500baht).
Baht taxis connect condo easily to Pattaya center for 10 Baht only.
