Looking for a collection of rentals for your large group. You've found them! We have grouped all of our homes here to make your search easy! Here we have listed our 4 premium homes. 3 of them just 5 min apart and the other less than 10 min away. All conveniently located on County Road 89. All have beautiful properties to spread out on and explore. Three have hot tubs as of April 1. This grouping also includes the Pavilion at historic Cragsmere Manor which will offer if needed 5 70" round tables and chairs for use during your stay, plus the catering kitchen and outside bathrooms. The pavilion and Cragsmere Manor home is a great home base for your group.
Cragsmere Manor and Eagles Perch are both on the bluff of the mountain with tremendous views. Rock Haven and Birds Eye View Chalet are located on The Boulders 4 acre property. Welcome goody bags are in each home. Hot tubs on all properties!
Booking channels such as vrbo and airbnb may only allow you to reserve up to 30 guests. Your reservation will be adjusted if your group exceeds 30. We can hosts up to 48 guests in these 4 homes!

All homes have full well equipped kitchens with everything needed to prepare a quick snack or full holiday meal! All homes have large screen TV's, Eagles Perch a 42", Cragsmere has a ping pong table, corn hole and giant connect four. Eagles Perch has horseshoes and giant jenga . The Boulders property has horse shoes. All properties have hot tubs on the property, firepits, firewood provided.

Mentone Vacation Rentals offers easy contactless check in and stays on our properties to offer you as much privacy and vacation enjoyment possible! A key code will be sent to you 5 days before you arrival and once we have received your reservation form and ID. Thank you.

1. All guests are required to submit their ID to bookedmentone@gmail.com and complete our guest rental agreement.
2. Additional Fees:
$75 Insurance includes up to $200 damage insurance (at time of booking)
$75 Pet Fee if Applies $35 2nd pet (if applicable). A pet reservation form must be completed.
3. For wedding reservations, you must book direct. Wedding packages can not be booked through Airbnb or VRBO.
HOT TUB FYI:
As the water flows through the tubs master core, it is charged by low levels of copper and zinc oxides; these natural elements are safe and create a more efficient way to maintain clear, clean water.
