Summary: After an initial issue gaining access to the property (it is a gated community and the code provided did not open the gate), everything went smoothly during our 2 week stay. The host / property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. The unit is in a quiet location in the development and is located close to one of the several pools on the property. The bed linens, towels, etc. were high quality and the kitchen was well-equipped. The unit was very clean. It had been recently painted and had relatively new appliances, all of which were in good working order. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated recently and could do with updating. The main bathroom taps in the bathtub had a slight leak (the water fortunately just leaked into the tub and went down the drain) and there was a slight leak around the floor seal of the toilet which needs to be addressed. The leak was very minor and only occurred after the toilet was flushed a couple of times in quick succession so it was not an issue for us. We reported these issues to the host / property manager on the day prior to our departure. He said he would bring them to the attention of the owner, so hopefully these issues have been dealt with. We are looking to spend a month in Palm Springs next year but will probably not stay at this unit unless the price is reduced. .
