The lower level offers the perfect space to spend time with family and friends! With a poker table, dart board, golf putting mat, 2 sitting areas with large televisions and desk. The lower level also has a gym, perfect for a morning workout. This area has all you need and more for family fun night in. Outside has just as much to offer! The outdoor cooking area offers a grill, refrigerator and seating area. Cook outside while the kids swim in the heated pool. At night roast some marshmallows around the firepit. This home also has a three car garage.

The home is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Lake George Outlets & Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park, 15 minutes from the village of Lake George & its Public Beach, 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and the famous Saratoga Race Track. Located at the base of West Mountain Skiing/tubing Facility. We’re minutes from local trails, hiking and Adirondack Peaks.
