Enjoy pure mountain water drawn from 505' deep in the mountain, filtered for the entire home.

Lower deck with invigorating outdoor cedar shower (for use May through September) and year-round all-weather 24/7 hot tub (open air but fully covered under roof) with relaxing recliner facing mountain views. The Black Oak is situated on 3 acres with a private driveway, no homes in front, a cabin over 500' away in the rear at lower elevation (i.e it does not impede your mountain view), and mature trees between cabins on left and right over 75' away.
