Summary: Paid extra at check-in for the buffet breakfast and it was awful - no hot food when we arrived downstairs, people in a queue waiting for the food to arrive from the kitchen and it would disappear very quickly as it was brought out in small portions. No bread and no pastries either. Staff seemed disinterested - definitely weren’t in a rush to bring the food out. Really disappointing considering our last stay was faultless. Our room was clean, the lady at check-in was lovely and the bar had a good atmosphere after the concert. It’s in a great location for events but the breakfast experience was really poor.
