Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The nightly rate is excellent. The neighbors are nice. Good location, easy to find though if the street numbers were in a high contrast color it would have been helpful, convenient to everything in town. Plenty of parking on the street. There is a fenced yard, though a dog has dug under the fence. The combination lock on the door made access very easy on arrival. There was a problem with the heat and the manager gave us a partial discount. There are several beds in each bedroom, so room for lots of people. Kitchen supplies are adequate.

Negative: All the furniture is clearly from a thrift store. The stairs to the second floor are incredibly steep. The cleaning fee seems excessive.

Summary: Good value in a town with expensive housing
