Positive: The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, make a drink. Very close to train station and shops. The owner was very good with communication. They were able to explain to us when we found the underground gate to the car park not closing. It was fixed quickly. We felt very safe with the tranquil environment. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay there again in future. Thank you for the cleaning items, sachet coffee and tea, though we brought ours.
Negative: The bedding, towels and pillows looks outdated. We always have ours anyway so it wasn't an issue for us. But for people who cannot take these items with them, I am not sure they would like it. Change these things to make it more snazzy. Also, I mentioned this in my previous review. The washer/dryer needs to be secured properly to the wall to avoid the deafening noise it makes when in use. Also, it was very cold when we arrived and it took a long time to heat the place. It would be nice to switch the heater on at least 2 hours prior to people arriving especially during cold weather.
